Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of MockdatScreen by professional users authorised by client companies. Use of the platform implies acceptance of these conditions.

2. Professional use of the platform

• The platform is intended for professional projects involving visualisation, configuration and management of LED screen spaces, video, documents and 3D models.
• Users must protect their credentials, avoid sharing accounts and use the platform only for projects authorised by their company.
• Attempting to access other companies’ data, bypass security controls or run load/attack tests without written authorisation is prohibited.

3. Account types and user roles

When you register, your account is automatically created as a Standard account. There is no direct sign-up as Pro or Premium: those tiers are only ever activated on an existing account, at MockdatScreen’s discretion (for example, as part of a commercial arrangement), never through self-service registration.

There are three account tiers with their own permissions and usage limits (excluding the internal Administrator role, reserved for MockdatScreen staff who manage the platform):

• Every account tier can create, edit, save and share its own projects, upload its own files (video, image, document, 3D model), and export or delete its account and data at any time.
• No account tier can access, view or modify another user’s projects unless that user explicitly generates and shares a public link to the project.
• Once your account’s storage or active-project limit is reached, you will not be able to save new content until you free up space (by deleting or replacing projects) or your account tier is upgraded.
• Once its stated validity period has elapsed, a project’s public link stops working and must be regenerated from the editor before it can be shared again.

4. Intellectual property

Content uploaded by the user — videos, images, documents and 3D models — belongs to the client company or its legitimate owners. MockdatScreen only receives the technical licence required to provide the service.

The software, design, brand, interface and proprietary elements of MockdatScreen belong to MockdatScreen and may not be copied, distributed or modified without authorisation.

5. Prohibited content

• Illegal, discriminatory, violent, defamatory, pornographic content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Files that infringe intellectual property, image, privacy or data protection rights.
• Malware, malicious scripts, reverse engineering or content designed to compromise systems.

6. Responsibility for third-party image and voice

The client company guarantees that it has a sufficient legal basis to upload and process videos or documents containing the image or voice of natural persons, including consent where required.

7. Availability, support and maintenance

MockdatScreen will use reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, secure and updated. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical incidents or external causes. Planned maintenance will be communicated when it significantly affects the service.

8. Service termination and data

• When the contract ends, the client company may request data export during the agreed period.
• After that period, MockdatScreen will delete or anonymise data according to the DPA and applicable law.

9. Minimum age and use by minors

MockdatScreen is a platform for professional use aimed at persons aged 18 or over. It is not directed to minors nor does it offer services targeted at them.

Under Art. 7 of the Spanish LOPDGDD, consent-based processing is only lawful from the age of 14; below that age the consent of the holders of parental authority or guardianship is required. If an account created by a minor without the required authorisation is detected, it will be deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
